Open outlook, on the left-hand side there will be 3 small dots. (Ellipsis)

Select folders from the menu bar

Scroll down to public folders and expand that folder

You should see a list like this

Find the patrol division calendars and right click on it

Select add to favorites

Click add

Now move back over to calendars

You should see
