If you need to refresh the Office365 license. Do the following steps.

1. Close all Office products. Or restart the computer.
2. Open Word and sign in with your email and password.
3. Wait for your name to be displayed in the upper right corner of the window, without a yellow triangle.
4. Close Word and open Outlook.
5. Make sure your email address is in the username field. Then type your password.
